There have been some changes on our side over the past few months, and I would rather say this plainly than have you wonder. I remain your day-to-day contact at BB-Demo, as I have been since Fenmoor went live in July 2024. If you see another name against the account in an old email, an invoice or a calendar invitation, please treat me as the person to ask. Questions about adoption, tickets, check-ins and the renewal conversation all come to me. Imogen, it is a pleasure to be working with you again, now from the Fenmoor side. I would be glad to set aside time to walk you through how the brain is being used here, so you can see where it is working well and where there is room to do more with it. The contract runs to 30 Jun 2027, so there is time to plan properly. Usage dipped a little over the summer, which is not unusual, and I would like to understand it with you rather than guess. If a dashboard is wrong, I do not want to be working out who to call. You, and who covers you when you are away? On the summer dip, a lot of the team were out. I would not read much into it, but I'll ask my leads who has stopped logging in and why, and I'll come back to you. Imogen is copied. The rest is hers to take up with you. Callum
