Current to 13 Oct 26Nicola Brearley reported that the summary count at the top of a dashboard does not refresh when filters are applied, although the individual data cards below update correctly. Connor Webb reproduced the issue and logged it with the platform team.
Problem: When Nicola applies a filter like customer status, the individual dashboard cards show the correct filtered counts, but the summary counter at the top stays at the unfiltered total. This is repeatable and confusing.
Handling: Connor reproduced the issue on his own instance and confirmed the bug. He logged it with the platform team for a fix, noting that individual card numbers are accurate so data integrity is not compromised.
Watch: Minor cosmetic bug, data is correct. Nicola is Head of Commercial Operations and actively using dashboards.

- created · Nicola Brearley 23 Jun 2025 17:57I've been using the dashboard quite a bit now and I'm really pleased with how it's helping the team see what's going on with our collections. I've found a small bug though: when I filter the data by customer status, the count box at the top doesn't refresh to match the filtered view. The individual cards below show the right numbers for the filtered set, but that top-level total stays the same as the unfiltered count. It looks a bit confusing, to be honest. I can reproduce it every time I apply a filter. Thought you'd want to know about it.
- public_reply · Connor Webb 23 Jun 2025 20:49Thanks for flagging that, Nicola. I've just reproduced it on my end as well. The filter is working correctly on the data side, but the counter at the top isn't refreshing to reflect the filtered view. I've logged this with the team and we'll get it fixed. In the meantime, the numbers in your individual cards are accurate, just not that summary count. Should be sorted within a few days. Thanks, Connor
