I wanted to say hello properly and get a check-in in the diary so we can look at how the brain is working for your teams. Here's what the numbers say so far: more of your people are logging in than a quarter ago, which is a good sign. I'd like to hear from you what is behind that, and what good looks like for the service desk and the account managers over the next few months. Could you do half an hour next week? Tuesday or Thursday morning would suit me best, but I can flex. And who else should have access, or be in the room? If Kofi or anyone from the service desk would find it useful, bring them along. Best, Amara
- Gemma Thorne 15 Jun 2026 09:18Hi Amara, Thanks for this, and nice to meet you properly. Happy to do a check-in. Thursday morning works better for me, as I have two client reviews on Tuesday. Anything after 10:00 is fine. I'll ask Kofi to join since he knows the load side best, and I'll see whether someone from the service desk can sit in for the first part. They've been using it more than I expected, so it would be good for you to hear it from them. I'm preparing a review for one of our larger corporate fleets at the moment, so I'd like to show you how I've been pulling that together. It's much quicker than it used to be.
