What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Sophie Ling reported the order form is with Ian Prendergast and asked who signs and whether 18 Nov 2025 holds. Only Gemma Thorne replied, asking for a service desk note and a real first client. No customer reply to Sophie's 4 Nov 2025 message.
Ask: Gemma wants the service desk to see which sources connect first, kept to what is agreed, and a real client fleet for the first review rather than a general demo. Ian and Joanne Feeney did not reply in the thread.
Customer view: Gemma is constructive but wants nothing promised that she has not seen. The signatory and the 18 Nov 2025 close date are still unconfirmed.
Next: Sophie sends the service desk note and needs Ian to confirm the signatory and date. Joanne is to supply invoicing contact and purchase order details.

- Sophie Ling 29 Oct 2025 14:11Hi all, Thank you for the call earlier this week. I am copying Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, who will be around for the final stages, and Joanne, as credit control, so that invoicing is set up properly from the start. Where we are: - The proposal is for the Growth tier, with a total deal value of £53,800. That total includes the one-off implementation fee, so please do not read it as an annual price. - The order form is with Ian for review. I will fold in any wording changes as soon as I have them. - We are working towards 18 Nov 2025 as the expected date to close, which I would like to keep. Two things I need from you: 1. Ian, anything in the order form you would like changed. 2. Joanne, the invoicing contact and any purchase order details you will need on the invoice. Kind regards, Sophie
- Gemma Thorne 31 Oct 2025 14:21Hi Sophie, Thanks for this. A couple of things from my side, and I will leave the commercial points to Ian. Before we sign, I would like the service desk in on this. They will be the ones asking the brain what a client actually saw, so I want them to have sight of which sources will be connected first and in what order. Could you send me a short note I can share with them? Please keep it to what we have agreed so far, as I do not want to promise them anything I have not seen. It would also help to know which client, which fleet, we would use for the first review we prepare on the brain. I would rather start from one real client than from a general demo. Thanks, Gemma
- Sophie Ling 4 Nov 2025 17:34Hi all, A quick note to keep this moving, and to answer Gemma's questions. Gemma, I will send the short note for the service desk separately tomorrow. It will list only the sources and order we have already agreed, nothing beyond that. Choosing the first client and fleet for your opening review is a good thing to settle in the kick-off, so we can pick one together once the order form is signed. Owen has asked me to confirm two things so the next step is dated: - Who signs the order form on the Carnmoor side. Ian, I assume it is you, but please confirm. - Whether 18 Nov 2025 is still realistic. If it is not, tell me what would make it so, and I will rebook our side. The figure remains £53,800 as the total deal value, implementation included. Nothing else has changed on our side. Kind regards, Sophie
