On 29 May 2026 Marcus Bell flags fewer weekly logins and fewer questions asked. Liam Doherty had noticed it, blames a busy period, and asks for short sessions with depot account managers to stop a drift back to spreadsheets.

Ask: Liam wants short sessions with the account managers rather than a big training, and a time early the following week.

Customer view: he explains the dip as workload but dislikes it, and fears losing the early warning on the retail contracts. Marcus notes nothing has come through to support.

Risk: falling questions asked is the best single measure of value. The 40-user licence has plenty of seat room, so the issue is use, not capacity.

Hi Liam, Just a quick note before our next check-in. I've pulled the numbers for Brackwell and the picture has moved a bit since we last spoke: - fewer people are logging in week to week than last quarter - questions asked are down on the same period - the licence is for 40 users, so there is plenty of room on the seats I'm not reading too much into it yet, and nothing has come through to support, so I'd rather hear it from you than guess. Is something changing at the depots, or a team that has gone quiet? Shall we book a call early next week? Happy to share my screen and walk through it. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks for flagging, and fair enough, I'd noticed it too. Busy period for the depots and a couple of the account managers have been pulled onto other things. That's partly it, I think. I don't love seeing it dip though. This is exactly where we wanted to be, one view, that's the point, and if people drift back to spreadsheets we lose the early warning on the retail contracts. Can we get the depots on it again? Perhaps some short sessions with the account managers rather than a big training. Early next week is fine. Send me a time.
