Current to 13 Oct 26On 26 and 27 Mar 2026 Marcus Bell reported usage up on last quarter with more people asking questions. Liam Doherty chose Thursday at 14:30, will bring Aisha Rahman and wants more depot managers and exceptions beside call notes.
Ask: Marcus asked for a QBR slot and said usage is up, with more people asking questions beyond the same few names. Liam picked Thursday at 14:30 and will bring Aisha.
Customer view: Liam welcomed the movement in numbers. His short list is more depot managers on the brain and delivery exceptions shown next to call notes.
Next: The delivery-exceptions request is a product question to scope. Adding depot managers fits within the licensed seats Marcus mentioned.

- Marcus Bell 26 Mar 2026 17:26Hi Liam, It's time for the quarterly review again, so I'd like to get that booked in. As usual it's part of the Growth plan, and I think this one will be a good conversation. I've pulled the numbers and usage is up on last quarter. More people are asking questions, and it's not only the same few names. I'll share my screen and take you through it, then we can talk about what you want from the next quarter. Of the 40 licensed users, it would be good to see who else could be brought in. Could you do either of these? - Tuesday next week at 10:00 - Thursday next week at 14:30 It should take about an hour. If you'd like anyone from the depots to join, just let me know and I'll make sure the invite goes to them. Thanks, Marcus
- Liam Doherty 27 Mar 2026 17:45Marcus, Good to hear the numbers are moving. Love that. Thursday at 14:30 suits me better. Tuesday mornings are taken up with the operations review. I'd like to bring Aisha along. She's been getting into the admin side and I want her seeing the same picture I do. She'll probably have questions too, so don't go too fast on the settings part! I'll also have a short list: more depot managers on the brain, and whether we can see delivery exceptions next to the call notes more easily. Might be nothing, might be easy. Cheers, Liam
