On 5 Jan 2026 Marcus Bell reported active users well under 40 and lower than last quarter, with no tickets. Aisha Rahman will send a list of logins, has not checked why usage is down, and leaves the renewal to Liam.

Ask: Marcus asked Aisha for the depot managers who have logins but have not been in lately, and offered a how-to for the delivery-exception view. He also pointed price questions to Tom Ashdown.

Customer view: Aisha will send a spreadsheet and wonders whether some logins belong to people who have moved depots. She does not want to guess at the cause of the fall.

Next: The list may show stale seats rather than disengaged users. The renewal and price notice sit with Liam, not Aisha.

Hi Liam, Aisha, Thanks for your time on the QBR call. Quick follow-up so we all have the same notes. I've pulled the numbers and here's what stood out: - Active users are well under the 40 licensed users, and lower than last quarter. - There have been no tickets recently, which is good, but it also means I don't hear much from the depots. - I'd like to look next at the questions being asked and who is asking them. Next steps as I see them: - Aisha, could you send me a list of the depot managers who have logins but haven't been in lately? Then I can look at what would be most useful to them. - I'll put together a short how-to for the delivery-exception view. - The price list notice went out today. If you have questions on that, Tom Ashdown is the right person and I'll make sure he picks it up. Happy to jump on a call if that's easier. Shall we book half an hour next week? Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for this. Just flagging a couple of things. I can pull the list of logins. I've started a spreadsheet and will send it over tomorrow. I've attached a screenshot of the user page so you can see what I'm looking at, as a few of the names look odd to me. Is it me or are some of those logins people who have moved depots? I haven't checked why usage is down, so I don't want to guess at it. I'll look properly once the list is done. On the renewal and the price notice, that's one for Liam, so I'll leave that with him. Next week works for me. Mornings are better, because of the Tuesday review.
