After the QBR call, Liam Doherty confirmed the write-up, chose the two depots with the biggest retail contracts to start, and asked for a walkthrough on spotting a contract at risk from ticket history. Marcus Bell agreed a plan.

Ask: Liam wants a very short one-page guide, the first two depots live first, and the others on it by the summer. He also asked that the walkthrough show how to spot a contract at risk from tickets.

Customer view: He called the write-up "Spot on" and prefers use over perfection. Marcus noted usage is well inside the 40 licensed users.

Next: Marcus drafts the one-pager early the following week and books the first walkthrough.

Hi Liam, Thanks for your time on the QBR call. Good to see the team so engaged with it. I've pulled the numbers again since we spoke and written up where we landed, so you have something to take back to your own people. What I took from the call: - Usage is up on last quarter. More of the depot account managers are logging in each week, and the questions they're asking are mostly about retail accounts and delivery-exception tickets together, which is exactly what you bought it for. - You'd like to get the remaining depots on it. Trafford Park is well ahead of the other five. - The calls and tickets view is the one people mention most. You wanted a simple way to show that to depot managers who haven't seen it yet. - You're comfortably inside the 40 licensed users, so no pressure on seats at the moment. Two things from me. First, I can put together a short one-page guide for depot managers: how to find an account, what the exception tickets view shows, how to ask the brain a question. Second, I'm happy to jump on a call with any depot that wants a walkthrough. Could you tell me which depots you'd want to start with? Then I'll build the guide around the way they work. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love that, thanks for the write-up. Spot on. One page guide would be great. Keep it really short, depot managers won't read more than a screen. One view, that's the point. Depots: I'd start with the two that look after the biggest retail contracts, they're the ones where an early warning matters most. Manchester side first, then I'll sort the rest once we've seen how it lands. Can we get the others on it by the summer? Not fussed about perfect, I'd rather they were using it. One ask. Can the walkthrough include a bit on how to spot an at-risk contract from the ticket history? That's what I keep telling people it's for and I'd like them to see it rather than take my word. Hi Liam, That works for me. Here's the plan: - I'll draft the one-pager and send it to you early next week, so you can have a look before it goes to anyone else. - The walkthrough will cover the ticket history for a retail account and what to look for in it. I'll use one of your real accounts so it makes sense to them. - I'll start with the two depots you've picked. We can add the others as you're ready. Shall we book half an hour for the first walkthrough? Any morning next week suits me, so let me know what's easiest for the depot managers. Thanks, Marcus
