Marcus Bell asked to book the Growth quarterly review on 3 Apr 2025. Liam Doherty agreed, will bring a depot account manager, and wants the renewal discussed at the review rather than over email.

Ask: Marcus proposed thirty minutes to cover usage, connectors and anything to change before renewal. Liam accepted and asked for Tuesday or Wednesday mornings.

Customer view: Liam's recurring question is how to get the depots on it properly. He said the renewal is "nothing worrying" but wants it handled in person.

Next: Marcus sends the invite and prepares for a renewal conversation held face to face.

Hi Liam, It's time to get the next quarterly review in the diary. As part of Growth you get these every quarter, and it's a good moment to look at how the depots are getting on. Here's what I'd like to cover: - Usage across the group and who is asking the most questions - The connectors you have live and whether you want to add anything - Anything you'd like us to do differently before the renewal comes round later in the year I've pulled the numbers already, so I can share my screen and take you through them. Shall we book thirty minutes? I can do most of next week, so just tell me what suits you best and I'll send an invite. If there's anyone else you'd like to bring, one of the depot managers perhaps, that's fine by me. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love that, yes let's do it. Tuesday or Wednesday next week would work best for me, mornings ideally. I'll bring one of the depot account managers along. Can we get the depots on it properly is the question I keep coming back to, so it'd be good to have someone from the floor in the room. One view, that's the point. On the renewal, I'd rather talk about that at the review than over email, if that's alright. Nothing worrying, just easier to go through it together. Send the invite over and I'll accept. Cheers, Liam
