Brackwell QBR follow-up and next steps

Hi Liam, hi Aisha, Thanks both for making time for the QBR. Here's a short note of what we covered, so we all have the same list. - Usage: the account is in good shape overall, with the brain being used well across the 40 licensed users. Activity was a little quieter over the holiday weeks, which I'd expect, but I'll keep an eye on it. - Depots: Liam wants more of the depot account managers using it. I'll put together a simple breakdown of who is logging in by depot. - Admin: Aisha is picking up more of the admin side, so I'll set up a walkthrough of the admin settings and how to add new users. - Support: there were a few tickets recently and I'd like to go through them with you so nothing is left hanging. If I've missed anything, say so and I'll add it. Otherwise I'll send the depot breakdown early next week. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for the note, that's really helpful. Just flagging two things. First, I had a look at the usage page this afternoon and the number of people active looks lower than I expected for this week. Is it me or are a lot of the depot teams still off? I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I'm looking at. I haven't tried to work out why, I thought it was better to ask you first. Second, I'd be grateful for the admin walkthrough as soon as you can fit it in. I'm happy to add the new users but I don't want to get the permissions wrong, and I'd rather someone showed me than learn it by trial and error. Hi Aisha, hi Liam, Thanks for the screenshot, Aisha, that's useful. I've pulled the numbers this morning and I can see what you mean. Activity does look lower than before Christmas. I'd read that as the holiday period for now, and I'll check again at the end of next week to see whether it picks back up. If it hasn't, we'll look at it together. For the admin walkthrough, shall we book half an hour on Thursday? I'll share my screen and take you through: - adding and removing users - what each permission does - where to see usage by person and by depot Liam, you're welcome to join if you'd like, though I know you're busy.
