Marcus Bell proposed a January QBR on 24 Dec 2024. Liam Doherty agreed to a call in the second week of January and asked for a by-depot usage view, because he expects to be asked whether the depots are on it properly.

Ask: Marcus Bell wanted a QBR in early January and cited rising logins and use of a good share of the 40 licensed users. Liam Doherty replied on 30 Dec 2024 and offered Tuesday or Thursday afternoon in the second week, avoiding Monday mornings.

Customer view: Liam is pleased that depot managers are starting to ask for the brain. He wants a by-depot view to show, and a colleague in the room so the admin side is covered.

Next: Marcus to confirm a slot and prepare the by-depot usage view before the call.

Hi Liam, Hope the run up to Christmas isn't too hectic at the depots. I'd like to get our next QBR in the diary for the first couple of weeks of January, once everyone is back and the peak is out of the way. I've pulled the numbers for the account and there is a decent story in there already: - more of the depot account managers are logging in than at the start of the autumn - you are using a good share of your 40 licensed users - the delivery-exception tickets and call notes are being searched together, which is what you bought it for I'd also like to hear what you want from the next few months, especially around getting more of the depot teams on it, as you mentioned when we last spoke. Shall we book an hour? I'm happy to jump on a call whichever day suits you. Tell me two or three slots and I'll work round them. If it's easier to do it in person I can come over to Trafford Park. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply. It's been a bit mad here this week. Love that the usage is heading the right way. The depot managers are starting to ask for it, which is exactly what I wanted. One view, that's the point. For the QBR, a call is fine. The second week of January works best for me: Tuesday or Thursday afternoon, either would do. Avoid Monday mornings, that's when I'm tied up with the weekly numbers. Can you bring a view of who's using it by depot? Can we get the depots on it properly is the question I'll be asked, and I'd like to have something to show. I'll also want to talk about the admin side, because I'd like Aisha in the room so she gets comfortable with it. Happy new year if I don't speak before. Cheers, Liam
