What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Mostly logistical: Tom Ashdown offers a walkthrough of the Growth proposal and Liam Doherty accepts Thursday at 10:00, bringing two depot managers and asking for the proposal the day before.
Ask: Tom wants to walk Liam through the proposal rather than send it cold. Liam agrees and asks for it the day before.
Customer view: Liam wants two depot managers there so he is not the only one who knows what they are signing up to. That widens the buying group and reduces key-person risk on the customer side.
Gap: the proposal had not been sent by the end of this thread.

- Tom Ashdown 9 Oct 2024 13:47Hi Liam, Following on from our call, I'm pulling the Growth proposal together and it should be with you shortly. I'd rather walk you through it than just fire it over, so let's get something in the diary. Would Tuesday or Thursday next week suit? Half an hour is plenty. If you want a couple of the depot managers on it so they can ask their own questions, that's fine by me. I'll make sure the pricing in it is confirmed before it goes out, so there are no surprises on the day. Cheers, Tom
- Liam Doherty 11 Oct 2024 10:54Tom, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy week. Thursday works. Can we do 10:00? I'll bring two of the depot managers along. It's better if they hear it first-hand, and then I'm not the only one who knows what we're signing up to. Can you send the proposal over the day before so we can read it first? Thanks for turning it round so quickly. Cheers, Liam
