Ask: Dean wants someone to look at the early-morning slowness. Bethan asked for the time and account whenever it recurs.
Customer view: Dean is brief but not hostile. He says it is quicker than before, yet the morning problem remains.
Gap: the evidence does not show a cause, nor whether the problem touches the nightly refresh commitment of 07:00. A depot user hitting slowness at the start of the day is a quiet adoption risk for the Starter contract.

Bethan Lister 23 Jul 2024 17:59Hi Dean, Just so I've got this right: the account view has been slow to load when you're using it between calls at the Warrington depot, and it's worse at some times of day than others. I've picked this up and had a look at it from our side. Nothing is showing as down, so I'd like to see it as you see it. Can you try these and tell me what you see? 1. Reload the account view and note roughly how long it takes to come up. 2. Open a second account and note whether that one is slow too. 3. Tell me the rough time of day you tried it. A couple of lines is plenty. I'll compare it against what I can see on our side. Thanks, Bethan

So it's better during the day but still slow first thing. That fits what I'm looking at, and I'm checking the early-morning pattern on our side now. Can you do one thing for me? Next time it goes odd first thing, send me a one-line reply with the time and the account you had open. That lets me line it up against what I can see, rather than guessing. I'll keep this open until you tell me it's working properly for you. I won't close it on my side before then. Thanks, Bethan
