- Nell Ashcombe 20 Nov 2023 17:28Hello Joanne, I'm writing to introduce myself and to send over our first invoice to Brackwell Freight, which is attached to this email. Mark asked me to make sure it reached the right person in accounts payable, so I hope that's you. The figures are as follows. The net amount is £6,000, VAT is £1,200, and the gross amount is £7,200. It was issued today, 20 Nov 2023, and the due date is 20 Dec 2023, which is 30-day terms as agreed. Could you let me know whether it matches what you have against the purchase order? If the invoice needs a purchase order reference or any other detail on it for your system, tell me and we will reissue it the same day rather than have it sit in a queue. If you could also confirm the best address for future invoices and remittance advice, we will use that from now on. Thank you for your help, and do shout if anything looks off. Best, Nell Nell Ashcombe Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, BB-Demo
