Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so acceptance of the invoice is not shown.
Next: Nell offered a different layout, a breakdown or a copy of the signed order form for audit purposes.

- Nell Ashcombe 18 Jun 2024 11:00Dear Harriet, I am writing so that the first invoice does not arrive without an explanation. Invoice INV-001-0001 is attached, issued today, 18 Jun 2024. It is the invoice for the one-off implementation under the order form. The figures are: - Net amount: £12,000 - VAT: £2,400 - Gross amount: £14,400 Payment is due on 18 Jul 2024. The net amount should reconcile to the implementation fee line on the order form. If it does not trace for you, tell me which line you are comparing it to and I will look at it myself. I know your capacity providers audit your numbers, so please say if you need anything added for audit purposes: a different layout, a breakdown, or a copy of the signed order form to sit alongside it. If anything is wrong on our side, that one's on us and I would rather hear it now than at the due date. Best, Nell Nell Ashcombe Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, BB-Demo
