Final renewal proposal dated 25 Jun 2026 from Tom Ashdown for the Enterprise tier, 150 users, at £125k a year with no discount, replacing the current £104k a year. It names a weak value case as the issue to fix before renewal.

What it is: a renewal proposal from BB-Demo to Kenmure Business Telecom, prepared by Tom Ashdown with Marcus Bell. It states the current term ends on 27 Aug 2026 and proposes twelve months starting the day after.

Commits: it proposes an annual price of £125k, billed "In line with the existing arrangement, on 30-day terms", with Discount "None". It is a proposal, not an order form, so nothing is binding until one is signed.

Unusual: the price is described as "the Enterprise list price for a renewal" and is a step up from £104k a year. The text admits "the value case is not yet as broad as it needs to be".

Not settled: it states no availability percentage, response time or credit figure. It does not show whether the order form was issued or signed, or whether the price was agreed.

Kenmure Business Telecom - Renewal Proposal

Final. Prepared on 25 Jun 2026 by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, with Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager.

Why we are writing

Kenmure Business Telecom has been a BB-Demo customer since 28 Aug 2025 on the Enterprise tier. The current term ends on 27 Aug 2026. This proposal sets out what we recommend for the next twelve months, what it costs, and what we want to fix together before the renewal date.

Where the account stands

Read the whole document (3,386 characters)
  • Contract: Enterprise subscription, licensed for 150 users, currently contracted at £104k a year.
  • Payments: no overdue invoices. Kenmure has paid on time throughout the term.
  • Usage: the number of people using the brain each month is steady and has edged up on the previous quarter, but it remains well below the 150 licensed users. The brain was bought so account management, provisioning and the service desk see each customer's circuits, faults and bills in one place, and we do not think that picture is yet reaching everyone it should.
  • Support: three tickets in the last month, two of them high priority. Both were dealt with, and we would like to go through them with your team so the root causes are understood and not just closed.

We are being straightforward about this: the account is healthy commercially, but the value case is not yet as broad as it needs to be to justify the renewal comfortably. That is the thing we want to work on.

The annual price is the Enterprise list price for a renewal. It replaces the current contracted figure of £104k a year. We recognise this is a step up and we would rather explain it than leave it as a line on an invoice.

What the tier includes

  • Company-wide access, with SSO and SCIM.
  • An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side.
  • Premium support and the Sandbox.
  • The Enterprise service level: the highest availability commitment, the fastest priority-one first response, and service credits that cover both availability and data freshness.

Making the value visible before renewal

To give your leadership a clear answer to the question of what the brain is worth, we suggest:

  1. A usage review with Marcus Bell, looking at who is asking questions today and which teams are not yet using the brain.
  2. A short session with the service desk and provisioning leads to look at their daily questions and set up the pages and dashboards they would actually use.
  3. A walk-through of the two high-priority tickets, with a written summary of cause and prevention.
  4. A one-page value summary for your finance team, agreed with you, ahead of the renewal date.

Next steps

  • Tom Ashdown will arrange a conversation with your sponsor in the coming weeks to talk through this proposal and the price.
  • Marcus Bell will book the usage review and team sessions.
  • Once the terms are agreed, we will issue the order form for signature before the current term ends on 27 Aug 2026.

If anything here does not match how you see the last year, please say so. We would much rather hear it now.

Best, Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
