What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Internal draft proposal for the Enterprise tier at an annual subscription of £125k, with a total first-year deal amount of £155k including one-off implementation. Not yet shared with Quillmark Health; dated 26 Mar 2026.
What it is: a draft proposal from Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, marked "This draft is for internal review before it goes to Quillmark Health." It is not an order form and binds no one.
Commits: nothing yet. It states "The annual subscription is £125k", invoiced annually in advance on 30-day payment terms, with quarterly invoicing on request.
Unusual: the deal amount of £155k "should not be read as an annual price". It is the first year including the one-off implementation fee, whose amount is not stated.
Not settled: the connector list, the data residency requirement after the security review, the allowances and service levels, and internal approval. The availability and P1 response figures are not written out, and the order form is said to govern them.

Body
Quillmark Health - Proposal v1
Status: Draft
Prepared for Quillmark Health by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo
Date: Thursday 26 March 2026
This draft is for internal review before it goes to Quillmark Health. Open points are listed at the end.
Context
Quillmark Health provides revenue-cycle management services to hospital groups. Your client-services teams work across several systems to understand each hospital client, and a good deal of time goes into reconciling those systems by hand before anyone can answer a simple question about an account.
You are subject to HIPAA, so how data is stored, who can see it and how access is controlled matter as much to you as the answers themselves.
To be transparent, this proposal is built around two things you told us matter most: one view of each hospital client, and a security posture your review team can verify rather than take on trust.
What we propose
Read the whole document (5,418 characters)
The BB-Demo company brain on the Enterprise tier. It is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, finance and other operating data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays in your environment. BB-Demo does not move it to a separate store.
Scope
- A connected view of each hospital client, drawing on the systems your client-services teams already use.
- Pages, chat and search so teams can ask a question in plain language and see which records the answer came from.
- The dashboards builder, so team leads can build the views they need without a ticket to IT.
- Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning, so access follows your identity provider and leavers lose access when they leave.
- An executive sponsor at BB-Demo for the length of the term.
- Quarterly business reviews, with usage, questions asked and the value delivered set out against your goals.
What Enterprise includes
| Area | Enterprise |
|---|---|
| Users and connectors | The Enterprise user and connector allowances |
| Identity | SSO and SCIM |
| Availability | The Enterprise availability commitment |
| P1 first response | The Enterprise P1 first response commitment |
| Nightly refresh | Complete by 07:00 your local time on business days |
| Service credits | For availability and for data freshness |
| Governance | Executive sponsor, quarterly reviews |
The exact allowances and service levels will be written into the order form, so the order form is the document that governs them.
Security and compliance
Here's where we are: a full security review is part of how Enterprise is sold, and implementation includes support for it. We will answer your security team's questionnaire in full and will not gloss over anything we cannot yet meet. If a requirement needs a decision from us, we will say so in the response.
Points we expect your team to raise:
- How access is controlled inside your Snowflake account and who at BB-Demo can see anything.
- How protected health information is handled in indexing, search and AI answers.
- Data residency. A dedicated US residency add-on is available if your review requires it.
- Logging, retention and what happens to indexed data at the end of the term.
Implementation approach
Implementation is a one-off fixed fee and is delivered in phases.
| Phase | What happens | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Security review | Questionnaire, architecture walkthrough, agreement on access model | Jordan Pike with your security team |
| Connect | Connect the agreed sources inside your Snowflake account | BB-Demo implementation team |
| Validate | Test answers on your own data with your client-services leads | Quillmark Health sponsor |
| Launch | Roll out to the first client-services teams, then widen | Joint |
Connectors named in the order form carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days, which we will state in the order form itself.
Commercials
| Item | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise annual subscription | £125k | Annual, invoiced in advance, 30-day payment terms |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Includes security review support |
| Total deal amount | £155k | Annual subscription plus the one-off implementation fee |
The annual subscription is £125k. The deal amount of £155k is the total value of the first year including the one-off implementation fee, and should not be read as an annual price. From the second year the subscription is the annual figure alone, subject to the price book in force at renewal.
Quarterly invoicing is available on request.
What would make this a yes?
We would like to hear from you on three things:
- Which client-services team goes first, and who owns the outcome on your side.
- Which systems must be connected in the first phase.
- Which of your security requirements are firm and which are preferences.
Next steps
- Agree the security review format with your team, ideally next week.
- Run the demonstration on a sample of your own data once your security team is comfortable with the access model.
- Turn the agreed scope into an order form under the MSA.
Open points on this draft
- Final list of connectors to be confirmed with Quillmark Health.
- Data residency requirement to be confirmed after the security review.
- Allowances and service levels to be copied from the price book into the order form.
- Internal approval of this draft before it is shared.
Thanks, Jordan
