Current to 14 Oct 26Ruben Dekker requested guidance on exporting merchant metrics from dashboards for monthly leadership reporting; Bethan Lister provided two-step process using snapshots and CSV downloads.
Problem: Ruben Dekker could not export specific merchant metrics (volume trends and dispute rates by region) from dashboards for monthly stakeholder reporting. Handling: Bethan Lister sought clarification on export scope, then provided two-step guidance: snapshot export via Share button for static view and CSV download from underlying data view. Watch: Ticket remains open as of the as-of date pending customer confirmation that the export process works for their reporting workflow.

- created · Ruben Dekker 6 Oct 2026 10:54We've built a couple of dashboards for our merchant success team that show key metrics, but we can't figure out how to get the underlying data out for reporting to our stakeholders. Can you walk me through how to export results from a dashboard, or if that's not possible, what the workaround would be?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 6 Oct 2026 12:35Hi Ruben, just so I've got this right: you want to take the data shown in your dashboard and export it for a report. First, are you trying to export the whole dashboard view, or just specific numbers from it? That'll tell me the best way forward.
- public_reply · Ruben Dekker 8 Oct 2026 13:56Specific numbers, the dashboard shows merchant volume trends and dispute rates by region. We want to extract the numbers and drop them into a spreadsheet each month for leadership reporting. How do we do that?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 9 Oct 2026 11:08Got it. You can do this with a couple of steps. One: open the dashboard and use the Share button to generate a snapshot, that gives you a static view. Two: from the underlying data view, use the download button to get a CSV. Then you're sorted to paste numbers into your sheet. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Cheers, Bethan.
