Problem: Dashboard results cannot easily be exported for external stakeholders without manual processes, limiting sharing capability.
Handling: Olivia gathered requirements (contract performance and referral volume dashboards, CSV primary, Excel secondary) and escalated to product for consideration. She offered a workaround using browser developer tools.
Watch: This shows active dashboard usage and power-user engagement. CSV export could unlock further adoption and value. Monitor product team progress.

Currently we can view dashboards in the platform but can't easily share the data with stakeholders outside the system. An export function would be really useful for our monthly reviews. In the meantime, you can use your browser's developer tools to export the dashboard data, though it requires a few extra steps.
