Things like item-level data, returns, and whether purchases were in-store or online. Right now we're seeing summary info but our customer service team needs the granular data when they're speaking with customers. Is that something you could add?
- public_reply · Johan Berglund 6 Oct 2026 09:45Just to add more - they'd be using this on calls with customers, so it needs to load pretty quickly. It would be really useful for them to see what someone bought and understand why they're calling in.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 6 Oct 2026 16:22Thanks Johan. Just so I've got this right - you want item-level order detail in the customer record, including returns and channel? That sounds like a valuable feature for your service team. Let me pass this to the team. Thanks, Bethan
- public_reply · Johan Berglund 8 Oct 2026 12:10Yes, exactly. The item level is the key bit - seeing what they bought helps us understand the context of the call. How's that looking with your team?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 8 Oct 2026 14:01Brilliant. I've picked this up with the team and they're having a look at what's involved. They'll come back on feasibility and timing. This is definitely the kind of thing that adds real value for you. Thanks, Bethan
