- Elena Novak 28 Jan 2026 09:42Dear Deirdre, dear Cian, Thank you both for joining the review. To confirm, here is the short version, as agreed. 1. Adoption is moving in the right direction. Active use has grown clearly compared with the previous quarter, and more consultants are using the brain to prepare for client conversations. 2. There were no open tickets at the time of the review, and nothing has been overdue on the billing side. 3. Your Starter subscription runs to 17 Sep 2026. I will make sure we speak again well before then, and Lewis will join that conversation on the commercial side. 4. Deirdre will pick two more consultants to try the brain this month, and I will send her a short how-to for them. Cian, I know you prefer the headline: the team is using it more, nothing is broken, and the next step is bringing more consultants in. Kind regards, Elena
- Cian O'Leary 29 Jan 2026 08:32Elena, Thanks, that's the headline I wanted. Good to see the consultants using it. One question: what's in it for the consultants if we bring the rest of them on? Deirdre can talk you through it. Then let's talk about the renewal when the time comes, and Lewis can bring me a number. Cian
