Current to 14 Oct 26After the demo, Matteo Ricci set out open points and an Enterprise proposal at £155k. Kai Petersen will send the source list and asked that the diagram show where data is processed, as the CFO will ask.
Ask: Matteo listed three actions: an architecture diagram from Hannah Lowe, a source list from Kai, and the Enterprise proposal. The plan is to close by 17 Apr 2026, subject to security and procurement steps.
Customer view: Kai is cooperative but flagged that contract data sits in a separate system whose export owner is not yet known. He expects the CFO to question data processing.
Next: Kai to send the list and name the export owner.

- Matteo Ricci 2 Feb 2026 15:17Dear Christina, dear Kai, Thank you both for the time on the demo. I would rather you heard the open points from me, so here they are in writing: - Hannah will send the architecture diagram showing how the brain runs inside your Snowflake account, with the data in an EU region. - We need from Kai a list of the service and contract sources you would like connected first. - I will prepare the proposal for Enterprise, with the total of £155,000 for the deal as discussed. Our current plan is to close by 17 Apr 2026, but that depends on your security and procurement steps, so please tell me what your teams need to see and when. Best regards, Matteo
- Kai Petersen 3 Feb 2026 17:01Hello Matteo, thanks for the summary. I can send the list of sources tomorrow. Service tickets and the device register are the most important. The contract data sits in a separate system, and I need to check with a colleague in IT who owns the export. One question: can the diagram show where the data is processed? Our CFO will ask. Kind regards, Kai
- Matteo Ricci 3 Feb 2026 19:40Dear Kai, dear Christina, Thank you, Kai. Yes, Hannah will make sure the diagram shows clearly where the data is stored and processed, and she will put that in writing alongside it. Please send the source list when you have it, and let me know who owns the contract export. Best regards, Matteo
