Marcus Bell asked Lauren Pilkington for a check-in as usage is still lower. Lauren agreed, said consultants have got out of the habit, and asked whether they can see client complaints more easily.

Ask: Marcus proposed covering who has dropped off, which questions are asked and what the team wants changed. Lauren asked for easier access to client complaints for consultants.

Customer view: She said that feature got them using the brain at the start and would save hours. She is unsure how to fix the habit.

Next: Marcus to send an invite for Wednesday morning.

Hi Lauren, Following on from our last conversation, I'd like to book a short check-in so we can see how things are going in practice. What I'd like to cover: - who is logging in at the moment and who has dropped off - which questions the consultants are asking, and where they're getting stuck - anything you'd like changed or added for your team I've pulled the numbers and usage is still lower than it was, so it would help to hear it from your side. Shall we book half an hour sometime this week or next? Tell me what suits. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy Monday. Yes, a check-in would be good. I think the consultants have got out of the habit and I'm not sure how to fix it. Can the consultants see client complaints more easily? That was the thing that got them using it at the start and it'd save us hours. Wednesday morning is best for me. Send an invite and I'll make sure I'm free. Ta, Lauren
