Current to 13 Oct 26Matteo Ricci sent the Growth to Enterprise order form, total £125k. COO Matthias Ebner will not sign until information security and procurement have reviewed it, cannot confirm 7 Oct 2026, and wants governance and exit plan in writing.
Ask: Matthias wants two documents in writing: how the arrangement is governed on both sides, and the exit plan covering return of data and continued operation. He has forwarded the order form to information security and procurement.
Customer view: This is a hold, not a refusal. He will not sign before both reviews and cannot confirm 7 Oct 2026. Matteo's question about what the regulator needs for the outsourcing register is not answered in the thread.
Next: Matteo needs to send the governance and exit documents in writing, copying Matthias. The thread shows no replacement signature date.

- Matteo Ricci 5 Oct 2026 09:27Dear Matthias, Buongiorno, and I hope the week has started well. I would rather you heard it from me directly: the order form for the move from Growth to Enterprise is ready for your review. Let me confirm in writing what it covers. It extends the current subscription, which today serves 40 licensed users at an annual value of £50,000, to the Enterprise tier. The total value on the order form is £125,000. The tier brings SSO and SCIM, an executive sponsor and the other Enterprise features that we discussed. We had pencilled in 7 Oct 2026 for signature. I understand that your information security officer and your procurement team need to review it first, and I would not ask you to sign ahead of them. If it helps, I can walk them through the document at a time of their choosing. What does your regulator need to see from us for the outsourcing register? Tell me and I will prepare it. Best regards, Matteo
- Matthias Ebner 5 Oct 2026 11:12Dear Matteo, Thank you for the order form. I have forwarded it to our information security officer and to procurement, and I will not sign before both have given their view. I cannot confirm 7 Oct 2026 at this point. Two things I need first, please send them in writing: First, how is this governed? I need the responsibilities on your side and ours, set out in one document. Second, what is the exit plan? I need to see how our data is returned and how we continue operating if the arrangement ends. I have asked my colleagues to come back to you directly with their questions. Please answer them in writing and copy me. Matthias Ebner
