What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26On 11 Feb 2026 Gemma Holt chose the two biggest supermarket accounts as the first focus and said more account managers are logging in. She asked BB-Demo not to enable customer service until she clears it with her boss.
Customer view: broadly positive, with growing logins among account managers. Gemma is keeping control of rollout pace.
Risk: she asked that nothing be turned on for customer service until she says. The expansion depends on her manager's approval.
Next: Gemma sends names of further account managers, and Hamza prepares the two supermarket accounts in advance.

- Hamza Akhtar 11 Feb 2026 09:41Morning Gemma, Just confirming the session we pencilled in. I have the afternoon free today and tomorrow if you want to bring it forward, otherwise I will keep to the time we agreed. To make good use of the hour, it would help to know which retailer accounts you want to look at first. I will prepare those in advance so we are not waiting on lookups during the call. I have also noticed the number of people logging in is creeping up, which is encouraging for a rollout that is still early. If you are planning to bring more of the team on, tell me and I will make sure the access is ready beforehand. Thanks, Hamza Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Gemma Holt 11 Feb 2026 12:08Hi Hamza, Keeping to the agreed time is fine, thanks. Today is rammed. For retailer accounts, let's start with the two biggest supermarket customers. That is where the account managers are asking most questions, and where customer service gets the most complaints. If it works for those two, the rest should follow. On the logins, yes, a few more account managers are starting to ask. I will send you names after I have spoken to the team, so you can sort the access. Please do not turn anything on for customer service until I say. I want to run it past my boss first. Cheers, Gemma
