What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Elena Novak gave notice that the Growth subscription ends on 4 Jan 2027 and that the renewal is set up at £50k against £45k today. Joost Verbeek wants the basis for the new amount in writing before any call.
Ask: Elena opened the renewal, with Tom Ashdown owning commercial terms and Elena covering adoption.
Customer view: Joost points to the signed order form and asks for what the new amount includes. He will take it to the finance controller and will not discuss the number on a call first.
Next: the £50k is BB-Demo's renewal record, not agreed paper, and the thread does not state its basis. A written explanation is the open item, owned by Tom, and the target close is 14 Dec 2026.

- Elena Novak 6 Oct 2026 14:39Dear Joost, I am writing, with Tom in copy, to give formal notice that the Growth subscription for Veldmaat Payments ends on 4 Jan 2027, and to open the renewal conversation. To confirm where things stand: 1. Your contracted annual amount today is £45,000, with 40 licensed users. 2. The renewal is currently set up in our records at £50,000 for the Growth tier, with a target close of 14 Dec 2026. 3. Tom owns the commercial terms and I will cover adoption and the review of how the brain has been used this year. Could you let us know whether you would like to meet on this before the quarterly review? I will make sure that anything we discuss is sent to you in writing. Kind regards, Elena
- Joost Verbeek 8 Oct 2026 08:58Elena, Thank you for the notice. I see the renewal at £50,000 against £45,000 today. What was agreed was the order form we signed, so I need to understand the difference in writing before I take it to our finance controller. Please send me the basis for the new amount and what is included in it. I will not discuss the number on a call first. Met vriendelijke groet, Joost
