1. Parties
This Agreement is between:
- BB-Demo Limited ("Provider"), a company registered in England
- Leiekant Accountants ("Customer"), a company registered in Belgium
2. Services
The Provider shall deliver the Company Brain – Starter subscription service, enabling the Customer's teams to query and analyse data integrated from the Customer's business systems.
2.1 Scope
The service includes:
- Access for one team
- Support for up to 15 users
- Up to 4 connected data sources
- Core features: pages, chat and search
- Scheduled six-monthly check-ins

4.1 Subscription Fees
The annual subscription fee is £22k, payable in advance at the start of the subscription period and on each anniversary.
4.2 Implementation Fees

4.3 Payment Terms
All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.
4.4 Billing
The subscription is billed annually.
5. Confidentiality
Each party shall keep the other's confidential information secure and shall not disclose it without prior written consent.
6. Termination
This Agreement shall continue for the stated term unless either party gives 90 days' written notice of non-renewal.
7. Limitation of Liability
Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
