2. Services
BB-Demo shall provide the Company Brain – Starter tier, comprising:
- Access for up to 15 users (soft limit)

- Pages, chat and search functionality
- Nightly data refresh completed by 07:00 customer local time on business days
3. Term and Commencement

4. Fees and Payment
Recurring Subscription

Service Credits
For any month in which availability falls below 99.5%, BB-Demo shall credit 5% of that month's subscription fee. Credits are the customer's sole remedy for availability breaches.
6. Support
Six-monthly check-in via email or video call. Email support with 4-business-hour P1 response time during UK business hours.
7. Confidentiality
Each party shall maintain confidentiality of the other party's confidential information and shall not disclose it without prior written consent, except as required by law.
8. Liability
Neither party limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach upon 30 days' written notice if the breach remains uncured.
10. Entire Agreement
This agreement, together with any order form and the Data Processing Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements.
