What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Customer Success QBR deck for a Starter account, reviewed on 26 Jan 2026. It reports just under three average active users against 15 licensed, no tickets in 30 days, and a term ending 17 Sep 2026. It states no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: a quarterly business review deck prepared by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU, for Clashmore Recruitment. It is a review, not a contract, and the stored status is final.
Commits: it sets internal actions, not contractual terms. Elena owns widening adoption and a usage-by-person view; Lewis Kerr owns the renewal contact, "well before the renewal notice date".
Unusual: the deck lists contracted annual recurring revenue of £19k, which is below the v1 Starter list of £20k. It does not explain the gap, so a discount or other term may apply.
Not settled: the deck gives no questions-asked figures, which it says it will add next time. It does not say who the customer attendees were or when the renewal notice date falls. It is dated January, so usage and the account position may have moved since.

Body
Clashmore Recruitment - QBR
Account review prepared by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU, BB-Demo. Review date: 26 Jan 2026. Account owner: Lewis Kerr.
1. Agenda
To confirm, this review covers the following points:
- Where the account stands
- Usage and adoption
- Value for your consultants
- Support and service
- Plan for the coming months
2. Account summary
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer | Clashmore Recruitment, Cork |
| Tier | Starter |
| Customer since | 18 Sep 2025 |
| Licensed users | 15 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £19k |
| Current term ends | 17 Sep 2026 |
Clashmore Recruitment chose Starter so that consultants can see each client's roles, placements and invoices together, without moving between systems.
3. Usage and adoption
- Average active users over the last thirty days are just under three, against fifteen licensed users.
- This is a clear rise compared with the prior quarter. Active use has grown by roughly three fifths.
- Fifteen licences remain available, so there is plenty of room for more consultants to join without any change to the plan.

As agreed at the start of the engagement, we measure value by questions asked, not by logins alone. I will make sure the next review shows questions asked by consultant, so we can see how widely the brain is being used across the team.
4. Value delivered
- Consultants can look up a client's open roles, placements and invoice position in one place.
- The team is building the habit of asking the brain first, rather than reconciling the CRM and the accounting system by hand.
- The growth in active users suggests that early adopters are bringing colleagues with them.
5. Support and service
- No support tickets were raised in the last thirty days, and none were high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices on the account.
- The nightly refresh continues to complete before the start of the business day.
In short, the account is healthy and quiet.
6. Plan for the coming months
- Widen adoption. Invite the remaining licensed consultants to a short walk-through. Owner: Elena Novak.
- Usage by person. Share a simple view of questions asked by consultant at the next check-in. Owner: Elena Novak.
- Look ahead to renewal. The current term ends on 17 Sep 2026. Lewis Kerr will contact the team well before the renewal notice date to agree the renewal. Owner: Lewis Kerr.
7. Next steps
I will send written actions after this review, as is my practice.
Kind regards, Elena
