Proposal from Lewis Kerr for the Starter tier: an annual subscription of £19k and a total first-year deal value of £25k including the one-off implementation fee. It is a proposal, not an order form. The text states no availability or response-time figures.

What it is: a sales proposal dated 4 Aug 2025, marked Final, for the company brain on the Starter tier inside the customer's own Snowflake account.

Commits: it states "Annual subscription, Starter" at £19k and a total of £25k "including the one-off implementation fee". Prices are stated excluding VAT.

Unusual: the annual price of £19k sits below the v1 Starter list of £20k, which suggests a discount, but the text does not say so. It names no connector delivery dates and no service credits.

Not settled: the connector list is left to kickoff, and no order form is attached. The stored status is final, but a proposal is an open item. The evidence does not show whether it was accepted or what was executed.

Body

Clashmore Recruitment - Proposal

Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 4 Aug 2025 Status: Final Tier proposed: Starter

Context

Clashmore Recruitment is a Cork recruiter placing people into pharmaceutical, medical-devices and food-science roles across Munster. Consultants currently move between several systems to see what is happening with a client: the roles they are working, the placements already made and the invoices raised. That reconciling takes time and makes it harder to prepare for a client conversation.

The aim of this proposal is simple: give every consultant one place to see each client's roles, placements and invoices together, and to ask questions of that data in plain English.

What we propose

BB-Demo will build the company brain for Clashmore Recruitment inside your own Snowflake account, on the Starter tier. Starter is designed for one team, and covers pages, chat and search over the systems you connect.

In practical terms, your consultants would be able to:

Read the whole document (2,722 characters)
  • open a single page for a client and see its live roles, its placements and its invoice history side by side
  • ask the brain questions such as which clients have open roles but no recent placements
  • search across the connected systems without switching tools

Scope

ItemWhat it covers
SubscriptionCompany Brain on the Starter tier, billed annually
ImplementationOne-off, fixed-fee set-up of the Starter connectors and the first client pages
SupportStandard Starter service level
AllowancesThe Starter user allowance and the Starter connector allowance

The connectors we would agree together at kickoff, so that the ones you rely on most are live first.

Pricing

LineAmount
Annual subscription, Starter£19k
Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee£25k

The annual price of £19k is the recurring figure that would be renewed each year. The total of £25k is the value of the whole deal in the first year and includes the one-off implementation fee. Prices are stated excluding VAT.

Why Starter fits

The usage you described is concentrated in one team of consultants, which is exactly what Starter is for. If Clashmore Recruitment later wants to bring in another team or more connectors, we can look at that when the usage supports it, and not before.

Next steps

  1. Confirm that you want to proceed on the Starter tier.
  2. I will prepare the order form under our Master Services Agreement and send it over today once you confirm.
  3. Agree the connector list and a kickoff date with Elena Novak, who will be your customer success manager.

Kind regards, Lewis
