- The initial term runs for one year from the start date. Renewal is handled by BB-Demo's customer success team, which will give notice ahead of the end date as set out in the MSA.
Tier and scope
The subscription is the Growth tier of the company brain. It covers several teams within Carnmoor Fleet Leasing, with the Growth user and connector allowances, the pages, chat and search features, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews. Connectors named in the implementation line are subject to the live-by commitments agreed in the implementation plan.
Billing and payment
- Billing frequency: annual, in advance.
- Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice.
- The implementation fee is invoiced once, as a fixed fee, and is not part of the annual recurring amount.
- All amounts are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.
