Final v1 onboarding plan dated 4 Jun 2025, prepared by Hamza Akhtar. It sets a twelve-week, five-phase rollout of the Enterprise brain for 150 licensed users, with contracted ARR stated as £99k. It is a plan, not a contract.

What it is: a BB-Demo implementation plan for Lindqvarn Retail, covering roles, five phases, risks and success measures. It states the subscription ran 1 Jun 2025 to 31 May 2026.

Commits: BB-Demo to a twelve-week implementation including security review support, and a nightly refresh "by 07:00 local time on business days". Hamza Akhtar sends a written update after each phase.

Unusual: the plan quotes contracted ARR of £99k, which is below the v1 Enterprise list of £110k in the brief; the document does not say why. It defers to the order form where the two differ.

Not settled: connector names, counts and live-by dates are not stated. The plan does not show the renewal outcome, and the subscription end date is long past the as-of date.

Lindqvarn Retail - Onboarding Plan

Status: Final Version: 1 Prepared by: Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo Date: 4 Jun 2025

1. Purpose

This plan sets out how BB-Demo and Lindqvarn Retail will bring the company brain live. Lindqvarn Retail is a homeware and furniture retailer with stores across the Nordics. It has bought the brain to join customer service, e-commerce and store feedback into one view of each customer segment.

2. Contract context

4. Phases

The implementation runs for twelve weeks and includes support for the customer's security review. The phases below overlap where sensible.

Phase 1: Kick-off and access

  • Hold the kick-off with the sponsor, IT contact and data owners.
  • Agree the first questions the business wants the brain to answer.
  • Confirm access to the customer's Snowflake account and the source systems.
  • Milestone: access confirmed and priorities agreed.

Phase 2: Security review and design

  • Answer the customer's security questionnaire and support follow-up questions.
  • Agree the single sign-on and user provisioning approach.
  • Agree the connector order, starting with customer service and e-commerce.
  • Milestone: security review closed and connector order signed off by the sponsor.

Phase 3: Connectors and data load

  • Build and test each connector in the agreed order.
  • Check records indexed against what the data owners expect.
  • Confirm the nightly refresh completes by 07:00 local time on business days.
  • Milestone: all contracted connectors live and loading.

Phase 4: Training and first use

  • Run role-based sessions for customer service, e-commerce and store feedback teams.
  • Help each team build its first pages and ask its first questions.
  • Name champions in each team who will support colleagues.
  • Milestone: each team has asked real questions of the brain and has a named champion.

Phase 5: Go-live and handover

  • Confirm the live checklist with the sponsor.
  • Hand over to Marcus Bell for adoption tracking and the first review.
  • Record open items and who owns them.
  • Milestone: handover meeting held and the implementation closed.

5. What we need from Lindqvarn Retail

  • A sponsor who can make decisions quickly.
  • Named people for IT, security and each data source.
  • Prompt access to the Snowflake account and source systems.
  • Notice of any system changes during the build, so connectors are not broken by surprise.

6. Risks to watch

7. Success measures

By the end of the first term, we expect to see:

  • Every contracted connector live and loading.
  • Users across all three teams asking questions each week.
  • Growth in questions asked from month to month.
  • A clear story, agreed with the sponsor, of what the brain is worth to the business before the renewal conversation.

8. Communication

Hamza Akhtar will send a short written update after each phase. Marcus Bell takes over the regular review rhythm after go-live. Commercial questions go to Tom Ashdown.
