What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Proposal dated 5 Oct 2026 from Lewis Kerr for an additional users add-on on the Growth subscription, priced at £8,000 annual and co-termed to the 4 Jan 2027 renewal. It is a proposal, not executed paper, and states no availability or P1 response figures.
What it is: a sales proposal from BB-Demo's Account Executive, Lewis Kerr, for an expansion of the existing Growth subscription. It is marked Final, version 1, but remains a proposal until an order form is signed.
Commits: nothing binding yet. It states "The £8,000 is the annual price of the add-on and is the total value of this deal", exclusive of VAT, with no one-off implementation fee.
Unusual: the add-on is co-termed, so it "ends on the same date as your main subscription, 4 Jan 2027", with any pro-rating shown on the order form.
Not settled: the number of added users, the pro-rated amount and the renewal price are not stated. Renewal pricing is "discussed separately". The text says an order form will follow, so signature is still open.

Body
Harrowden Foods - Proposal
Status: Final Version: 1 Date: 5 Oct 2026 Prepared for: Harrowden Foods, Leicester Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Amara Obi
Context
Harrowden Foods has been a BB-Demo customer since 5 Jan 2026. You make own-label chilled ready meals and bakery for UK supermarkets from two sites, and you bought the company brain so that commercial insights and customer service can see retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders together in one place.
You are on the Growth tier, with a contracted annual recurring revenue of £58k and a licensed user base of 60. The current term ends on 4 Jan 2027.
This proposal covers one thing: an expansion of your existing Growth subscription through the user add-on. It does not change your tier, your connectors or your service levels.
What the account looks like today
This is a short read of how the brain is being used, so that the proposal rests on what your teams are actually doing rather than on a sales view.

- Active users: the 30-day average has risen a little against the prior quarter. Usage is growing steadily rather than in a spike.
- Support: four tickets in the last 30 days, one of them high priority. Nothing is outstanding that affects this proposal, and Amara can walk you through the detail.
- Invoices: none overdue.
To put a number on it, the growth in active users is the reason we are talking about more seats now rather than at renewal. We would not suggest an expansion that your usage did not support.
Proposed scope
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Deal type | Expansion of the existing subscription |
| Tier | Growth (unchanged) |
| Product | Additional users add-on |
| Subscription term | Co-termed to your renewal on 4 Jan 2027 |
| Implementation | None; the add-on is switched on within your existing brain |
| Connectors, support and service levels | Unchanged from your current order form |
The additional users sit inside your existing Snowflake account and the existing brain. They see the same pages, chat and search as your current users, and the same dashboards builder that comes with the Growth tier.
Pricing
| Line | Annual price |
|---|---|
| Additional users add-on, Growth tier | £8,000 |
| Total deal amount | £8,000 |
All prices are exclusive of VAT. The £8,000 is the annual price of the add-on and is the total value of this deal. There is no one-off implementation fee.
Because the add-on is co-termed to your renewal, it ends on the same date as your main subscription, 4 Jan 2027. Any pro-rating for the part-year is shown on the order form, and I will send that over today alongside this document.
Why now
- Your commercial insights and customer service teams are already asking questions of the brain regularly, and more colleagues want access.
- Adding the users now means the whole group works from the same view of retailer accounts, complaints and orders, rather than some people waiting for a colleague to run a search for them.
- Co-terming keeps one renewal date and one conversation, so nothing new surprises your finance team in January.
What this proposal does not cover
- A change of tier or a move to Enterprise.
- Extra connectors, Premium support or a Sandbox.
- Any change to your renewal price. Renewal pricing will be discussed separately by Amara and me ahead of 4 Jan 2027, in the usual way.
Next steps
- Harrowden Foods: confirm that you wish to proceed, and tell me who should be named to approve the order form on your side.
- Lewis Kerr: issue the order form for the add-on, co-termed to your renewal.
- Amara Obi: arrange access for the new users once the order form is signed, and cover them in your next check-in.
If anything here does not match what you expected, tell me and I will correct it before anything is signed.
Kind regards,
Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo lewis.kerr@bb-demo.example
