Draft proposal from Lewis Kerr, issued 30 Sep 2026, for a Growth expansion add-on at £8,000 annual price, exclusive of VAT. Not agreed and not for signature. Co-termed to the renewal on 4 Jan 2027; the allowance is still an open point.

What it is: a draft proposal marked "Status: Draft." and "Not yet agreed and not for signature." It proposes an add-on to the existing Growth subscription under the existing order form and MSA.

Commits: nothing yet. The only price is "Growth expansion add-on" at £8,000 annual price, exclusive of VAT. Payment terms "follow those on your existing order form".

Unusual: the add-on is "co-termed to your renewal on 4 Jan 2027", so one renewal date covers both. The document itself says existing contracted annual recurring revenue of £58k is unchanged until an order form is executed.

Not settled: which teams or sites are covered, the allowance the add-on provides, how the first co-termed period is invoiced, and who signs the amendment. No service levels beyond "the same service levels as today" are stated.

Body

Harrowden Foods - Proposal v1

Status: Draft. Prepared for Harrowden Foods by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Issued 30 Sep 2026. Not yet agreed and not for signature.

Context

Harrowden Foods has been a BB-Demo customer since 5 Jan 2026, on the Growth tier, with a contracted annual recurring revenue of £58k and a licensed allowance of 60 users. The current term runs to 4 Jan 2027.

Harrowden makes own-label chilled ready meals and bakery for UK supermarkets from two sites. The brain was bought so that commercial insights and customer service can see retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders together, rather than reconciling them by hand. Since go-live that joined-up view has become part of how both teams work.

This proposal sets out an expansion of the existing Growth subscription. It is deliberately modest: it builds on what the teams already use and does not change the tier.

What we have seen so far

Read the whole document (3,732 characters)
  • Usage has grown a little over the last quarter, and the customer service and commercial insights teams are the main users.
  • Support contact has been light: a small number of tickets in the last month, with one flagged as high priority.
  • There are no overdue invoices on the account.

To put a number on it, nothing in the account points to a problem. The case for expansion rests on extending value to the people who still reconcile retailer and order data outside the brain, not on any shortfall in the current set-up.

Proposed scope

The expansion is an add-on to the Growth subscription, on the existing order form and under the existing MSA. It extends access and use of the brain within Harrowden Foods. It does not introduce new contractual terms for the core subscription.

  • The tier stays as Growth, with the same service levels as today.
  • The existing connectors and data sources stay as they are.
  • The add-on is co-termed to your renewal on 4 Jan 2027, so there is one renewal conversation and one date to manage.

The exact allowance covered by the add-on is listed under open points below, so that it can be confirmed with your team before this goes any further.

Pricing

ItemBasisAmount
Growth expansion add-onAnnual price, exclusive of VAT£8,000
Total deal amountExclusive of VAT£8,000

Notes on the figures:

  • The annual price and the deal amount are the same figure, as there is no separate implementation fee for this expansion.
  • Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate on the invoice.
  • Existing contracted annual recurring revenue of £58k is unchanged by this document until an order form is executed.
  • Payment terms follow those on your existing order form.

Timeline and next steps

  • Review: Harrowden Foods reviews this draft and confirms the scope with Lewis Kerr.
  • Quote: Lewis sends a final quote and a short order form amendment once scope is agreed. He will send that over today if you tell him it is settled.
  • Alignment: Amara Obi, your customer success manager, joins the conversation so that onboarding of any new users fits around your existing plan.
  • Renewal: The add-on is carried into the renewal discussion ahead of 4 Jan 2027, so the renewal is not a surprise on either side.

Open points

  • Confirm which teams or sites the expansion is meant to cover.
  • Confirm the allowance the add-on should provide, in words that match the Growth tier.
  • Confirm how the first co-termed period should be invoiced.
  • Confirm who at Harrowden Foods signs the amendment.
