Transcript
- Matteo Ricci NoneBart, Els, thanks for the time. I wanted to walk through the proposal and see if you've got any questions on it.
- Els Van Damme NoneYeah, we've reviewed it. Mostly makes sense. The pricing is 28000 all-in for the first year?
- Matteo Ricci NoneThat's right. 22000 for the subscription, 6000 for implementation. The subscription renews every year at 22000, but the implementation fee is just the once. From year two onwards, it's just the subscription.
- Bart De Smet NoneAnd what's the timeline for going live?
- Matteo Ricci NoneFour weeks from the day you sign the order form. We call that the implementation phase. My implementation consultant, Laura, will work with Jens and your team to set up the connectors and get the data flowing. By week four, you're live and your team can start using it.
- Els Van Damme NoneAnd support after that, how does that work?
- Matteo Ricci NoneYou'll have a CSM assigned, that's your main point of contact. We do a check-in every six months, and if something breaks or you need help, there's a support portal. For Starter, we aim for a four-hour response time on critical issues.
- Bart De Smet NoneFour hours, that's during business hours?
- Matteo Ricci NoneBusiness hours, yes. 07:00 to 20:00 UK time. The brain itself is available 99.5% of the time, but if you do hit an issue, we'll get back to you within four business hours.
- Els Van Damme NoneThat's fine. Are there any add-ons we should be thinking about?
- Matteo Ricci NoneNot immediately. You've got 15 users and 4 connectors included. If you find you need more of either, we offer add-ons. You can bring that up at your check-in, or let your CSM know anytime and we'll talk it through.
- Bart De Smet NoneOK. I think we're ready to move forward. What's the next step?
- Matteo Ricci NoneI would rather you heard this from me, the next step is an order form. It's pretty straightforward. It sets out the pricing we've discussed, the start date, and some standard terms around data security and uptime. I'll send that over today, and once you sign it, we can get Laura scheduled to kick off the implementation.
- Els Van Damme NoneHow long does the order form review usually take?
- Matteo Ricci NoneDepends on your internal process. Some people just sign it, takes five minutes. Others want their legal team to look at it. Just let me know if you need anything changed or clarified, and I can turn it round quickly.
- Bart De Smet NoneWe'll get it looked at. I don't expect any issues.
- Matteo Ricci NoneGreat. Once it's signed, I'll get Laura in touch to kick off. The timeline we've discussed is four weeks, which would put you live around the end of February.
- Els Van Damme NonePerfect. Thanks Matteo.
- Matteo Ricci NoneCheers Els. Best regards.
